Every meter, every site — live
Electricity, water and gas, down to the sub-circuit, across your whole portfolio. From the main incomer to the chiller that nobody told you to switch off, see exactly where the money goes.
Smart Monitoring for multi-site estatesLive electricity, water and gas across every site you run — with the waste flagged automatically and every saving tracked to the rand. From the meter room to the CFO's phone.
We don't just stream meter readings onto a chart. Smart Monitoring turns utility telemetry into the waste, the savings, and the next action that facilities and finance actually need — across every site you run.
Electricity, water and gas, down to the sub-circuit, across your whole portfolio. From the main incomer to the chiller that nobody told you to switch off, see exactly where the money goes.
After-hours baseload, standby drain, a tap left running over the weekend, a leak nobody logged. Smart Monitoring flags it the moment it starts — and puts a rand figure on it.
Every intervention is measured against a weather- and production-adjusted baseline, not a lazy year-on-year guess. You see exactly what you saved, and what it cost you to save it.
Shift this load off peak. Fix that leak. Right-size this tariff. Recommendations ranked by payback — and the operator turns one into a work order with a single tap.
Factories, malls, office parks, branches — roll the whole estate up into one view, or drill into a single meter. Same UI everywhere, with role-based access for facilities, finance and the exec team.
Smart Monitoring learns each site's demand profile and tariff structure. It warns you before you breach notified maximum demand, and tells you which tariff you should actually be on.
Smart Monitoring runs on top of whatever you already have. We don't ask you to rip out a meter, rewire a panel, or change your tariff. We need three things.
The points that matter — main incomers, the circuits you suspect, bulk water, gas. We map them to a site model so every kWh, kL and m³ lands in the right place.
However your meters already talk — smart meters, pulse outputs, Modbus, an existing BMS, or a monthly municipal CSV. We add cheap sub-meters only where you want circuit-level detail.
Your tariff structure, your sites, your budgets. So the savings math, the demand alerts and the cost projections all reflect what you actually pay — not a generic rate.
Electricity, water and gas — anything that exposes a reading. We connect smart meters and CT/pulse outputs over Modbus TCP, MQTT, BACnet and Ethernet/IP, pull straight from an existing BMS or SCADA, and even ingest a monthly municipal-portal CSV where that's all you have. Already deployed against Landis+Gyr, Schneider, Carlo Gavazzi, Elster and Itron metering.
No. Smart Monitoring runs on top of whatever you already have. Most of the savings show up just from making your existing main and check meters visible and intelligent. We only add sub-meters — and they're inexpensive — where you specifically want circuit-level detail, like a single chiller, a production line, or a tenant.
We build a proper baseline and measure against it — IPMVP-style measurement & verification. Savings are tracked against a baseline adjusted for weather, occupancy and production, so a hot month or a busy quarter doesn't get mistaken for waste, and a genuine saving doesn't get hidden by one. You get a number you can take to finance and defend.
Both, and yes. Smart Monitoring ships as a containerised stack — run it in your cloud tenant or on the site network behind your firewall. Multi-site is the default: roll an entire portfolio of factories, malls or branches into one view, with SSO and role-based access so facilities, finance and exec each see what's theirs. We never run multi-tenant on shared infrastructure.
Smart Monitoring is one of the industrial products Oriontech designs and ships. If you need software that turns meter data into waste you can fix and savings you can prove, let's talk.
